Engineered wood flooring

• Fit underlay, engineered flooring to living/dinning room 

  We recently moved into a new home and needed some works done, new flooring for living room, bathrooms and a door frame / door for the utility room. Des was quick to reply, communication was good and the quote was very fair without any hidden costs. We are extremely pleased with all the works completed, the engineered wood flooring looks great, Joe did an awesome job! Des is trustworthy, reliable, helpful and friendly. Laminate flooring

  Desmond completed a job to fit laminate flooring in one bedroom. From start to finish the whole process was excellent. He constantly ensured the work was done to high a standard and on time. He actually came over to my house three times just to make sure we were happy with the laminate flooring we chose. What's really important was his price was really good for both materials and labour. I highly recommend Desmond and his son Joe and will definitely use them for my next flooring work.

Refurbishment to out buildings

• Refurbish Annex floor and wall to make office space 

  Des completed the work to a very high standard. He is very professional in his work.
  We had a very specific ask for our office/game/gym room conversion, he provided the best possible solution. He recommended the absolute necessaries and kept away from the extras. He is a "one stop shop" for all your building works, he brought in other tradesmen as and when needed, we did not have to worry about any of those.
  We are pleased with the total outcome of the work. Des will be our go to person for any future works.

• Move stud wall

Kitchen refurbishment

•  New Kitchen

  Des has done a beautiful kitchen for us. We went away for a week and left Des in the house to get on with the work. We felt completely comfortable in leaving him in the house. When we got back, the job was completed and he had done a beautiful job. We had seen a lot of his work prior to hiring him and it was all very good. He's a very thorough and a very pleasant man.

"I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen. Des was brilliant, he gave me lots of ideas for the design of my very small kitchen, every single one has been spot on……I took his advice and I am so glad I did. Ceramic sink, oak worktops, as a total novice I was not sure, the end result is beautiful. I found Des on MyBuilder, his reviews say it all. Des is straight with you about the work required, is reliable and it was a pleasure to have him and the chaps in the house for 2 weeks. I should add that after the kitchen was finished I asked if they could repaint the stairs and landing, they did and it looks great. Thank you Des.
